A footnote to Fulks v. State
Late last month, I posted on the 9-0 opinion of the MSSC in Fulks v. State. I didn't know it at the time, but it was apparently the first unanimous reversal of a conviction since 1995. My guess is that Chuck Easley's presence on the bench is part of the reason for that. Actually, it's my hope, more than it is a guess.
