Pickering Lawyer: Divorce Has Been Settled

Buried at the end of the Clarion-Ledger's afternoon story about the Chip Pickering-Chris Hester saga, the newspaper breaks this news:

“All the divorce issues have been resolved,” Chip Pickering’s attorney, Mike Malouf, said Wednesday. He said the judge has not yet signed the divorce decree.

Should we assume that this also means that Leisha Pickering's lawsuit against Elizabeth Creekmore-Byrd is also on its way to settlement? Inquiring minds want to know . . .
